July 23, 2009 Lakewood - Colorado, VF TRUST agreed to purchase, in exchange of over $100,000,000 investment, the majority stake in an undisclosed California aircraft design and manufacturing company. Mr. Vahab, Trust Administrator and CEO of Peeker Corporation expects to complete all negotiations by the end of April and begin the new joint operations by May 5th, 2010. |
The VF TRUST plans to build new aircraft assembly operations at Kino Bay, Mexico in a new 1,000,000 square feet modern facility no later than the beginning of 2011 based on an expected FAA certification by end of 2010. Based on technology to be transferred by the Trust, the new company will begin working on new designs for ILV systems vertical takeoff vehicles inclusive of new generation of transportation vehicles using clean energy systems competing with traditional ground automobiles. |
