Peeker Energy Corporation entered into an agreement with Mexico's Shrimp SA de CV (a Mexican company), whereby Peeker will engineer, develop, manufacture and deliver to Mexico's Shrimp a 60 MW electrical power plant using Peeker's hydrogen fuelled technology. The power plant will cost $84 million and will produce 0.47 GWh-year of clean electricity. The plant will be financed entirely by Peeker Energy Corporation which will share in the profit from the sales of electricity with Mexico's Shrimp SA de CV. The power will be sold to the present Kino Bay area residents and businesses which receive power from a diesel fueled electrical power plant in Puerto Libertad. The electrical power will also be available to Mexico's Shrimp new development of the New City of Kino ( http://newcityofkino.com ) planned for 20,000 people opening up as many as 10,000 new jobs in the area.
